Schiphol, Amsterdam Area
The head office of GrandVision is located at Schiphol airport. From here shared services are provided to country organizations in the areas of supply chain, information technology, finance, human resources and category management. The scope of the shared services is growing rapidly as more country organizations are connected to the shared service centre via the global rollout of a new ERP system. The finance department of the shared service centre is responsible for the financial accounting, reporting and administration for all activities in the head office: global supply chain, global IT, global sunglasses category, corporate holdings and functions including the management board, group finance, legal, treasury and others. A specifically area is Accounts Payable where all invoices are recorded for the whole shared services organisation.

Main purpose of the role
To ensure that all invoices of GrandVision’s companies based in the Global Support Center at the Base in Schiphol are properly recorded and accurately reflect in the accounts of the companies.
