AP Officer, Schiphol Airport, Amsterdam Area
The HQ of GrandVision is located at Schiphol Airport. From here shared services are provided to country organizations in the areas of supply chain, information technology, finance, human resources, and category management. The scope of these shared services is increasing with the expansion of our business and integration of additional systems. The finance department of the HQ is responsible for the financial accounting, reporting and administration of activities in the organization: global supply chain, global IT, global product categories, corporate holdings and functions including the management board, group finance, legal, treasury and others. The Accounts Payable team is responsible for all invoices that are recorded. The team consists of more than 12 members.
AP Team Lead
Main purpose of the role
To ensure that all invoices of GrandVision’s companies are properly recorded and accurately reflect in the accounts of the companies. Individual tasks are the following:
• Timely Processing of invoices for product categories (i.e. glasses, frames, sunglasses, accessories etc) and preparing them for payment process
• Matching POs, invoices, and goods receipt
• Following up differences in matching invoices, contacting vendors and procurement department to resolve differences
