Due to growth, we are looking for an Azure Integration Consultant to join our multiculturally diverse team.

In this hands-on role, you will pro-actively facilitate and guide the delivery of reliable and consistent Azure integration solutions. Based on best practices, technical strategic directions are provided to our partners and developed via an agile devops approach together with our implementation and support partners.

You will be part of new implementations where you can have a lot of influence and impact and be able to think along with the stragery.

With you and the help of your peers you take great pride in finding solutions for integration challenges for GrandVision IT, in our global environment where we support 7000+ stores in many countries.

We are working in the Azure cloud with the Azure services and Dell Boomi among other tooling, all part of the GrandVision global integration domain.

Responsibilities

  • Is taking responsibility and pride in solving business problems with your knowledge and experience in delivering integration solutions for our growing optical retail needs for our 7000+ stores.
  • Acts as a senior and take on a coaching role for our junior and medior developers.
  • Works on strategic guidance on the Azure integration domain.
  • Helps with design and pilot prototype applications where required.
  • Stay up to date with trends and technological advancements in web development. Learn and test new technologies, frameworks, and languages as relevant.
  • Ensure quality, stability and scalability of our services.

Key skills, knowledge and experience

  • Business level English, both written and spoken
  • Bachelor’s degree in IT / relevant subject, or equivalent relevant work experience
  • 5 years + experience in MS Azure
  • Familiar with the common integration techniques
  • Azure platform
  • Highly accountable and results oriented
  • Team player mentality and good collaboration, able to effectively influence others
  • Client-focused approach to work
  • High level of resilience and able to cope with pressure
  • Strong analytical skills

Benefits/Terms

Contract: In line with common market practice a 1-year (/ fixed-term) contract may initially be offered with a view to extend.

Workplace type: hybrid. We offer the option to continue working 2 days at home and 3 days at the office with a working from home bundle incl. chair and screen etc. provided to support this.

Salary: We pay competitive salaries in line with the international retail sector. We are looking forward to discussing your salary expectations during the interview.
