Internship – Brand campaign development

Are you looking for an internship in a large retail organisation? Are you interested in branding, brand campaigns management and more specifically in the world of fashion & accessories?

GrandVision (eyewear business) is looking for an intern to support the Exclusive Brand Content Manager for the Fashion brands universe (4 brands) for a period of 6 months, from May 2018.

Internship- Brand campaign develeopment

Are you looking for an internship in a large retail organisation? Are you interested in branding, brand campains management and more specifically in the world of fasion & accessories?

GrandVision (eyewear business) is looking for an intern to support the Exclusive Brand Content Manager for the Fashion brands universe (4 brands) for a period of 6 months, from May 2018.

The Internship

The Internship will take place in the GrandVision Category Department – in the Category of Exclusive Brands Frames & Sunglasses.

The Intern will focus on the following 4 Key Projects during his/her internship:

1. Research for creative briefs

= The process of launching a campaign requires a lot of preparation work. Creating moodboards to describe visually the brand’s territory and the wished direction for a new campaign are essential to brief the partner agencies.

During the internship, you will support in building different kinds of briefs (campaign concept briefs & shooting briefs). This exercise will require and also help develop the following capacities: creative and resourceful thinking to be able to dig into many

various brand universes to extract the ideas we wish to bring forward, a sharp eye for details and the capacity to communicate clearly the concepts or ideas represented.

2. Support in the pre-production and post-production of brand campaigns

= There are many other aspects to a campaign’s pre-production and post-production that are key to a successful launch, such as the preparation of the shooting (logistics, products to shoot, budgeting, list of deliverables, etc.) and post-production

(image selection, retouch, layouts creation, video editing, etc.). The intern will assist in some of those processes, requiring a good capacity to keep track of details & good organizing skills.

3. Other communication tools

= Many other tools & presentations will also be prepared for each brand, such as Brand Presentations, Launch Packages, Training materials, Brans Manuals, Marketing Tool Book, etc. The intern will help in the preparation of some of the contents

that accompany each release of a new campaign.

4. Digital

= Around the world of Digital, our focus is set on two aspects: the preparation of assets to ‘feed’ to different platforms (not managed directly) and the tracking of the implementation of the branded contents onto the various platforms of the group (GV

website, chains websites).

Profile of the Intern we are looking for:

  • Fluent English

  • Creative thinker

  • Good sense of task organization

  • Attentive to detail, accurate

  • Preferably studying in a fashion, marketing or business management degree

  • Good knowledge of social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, YouTube)

  • Good knowledge of MS Office programs (powerpoint & excel are the most important) – any additional creative software knowledge is a plus

  • Positive, friendly and can do attitude

  • Motivated, eager to learn!
