Business Analyst 360

Reports to

Head of Data Architecture & Data Engineering – Customer 360

Main purpose of the role


  • As a Business Analyst, you will accelerate Grand Vision’s global omni-channel businesses through the effective coordination of our super advanced Customer 360 technology platform for data-driven personalization across Marketing, Sales & Service
  • The platform is made of following components - Customer Data Platform (CDP), Salesforce Marketing Cloud CRM and Marketing Automation, Salesforce Service Cloud Omni-channel Customer Service Desk, Customer Golden Record 360, and Data Lake for Data Science & Machine Learning algorithms
  • You will be responsible for platform rollouts simultaneously to multiple markets. We expect you to ensure quality in gathering business requirements and commercial uses cases from markets and their CRM Marketing teams, AdTech & Digital Marketing teams, eCommerce teams, IT teams as well as Store Operations teams
  • You will identify the underlying data sources needed to deliver the business needs and use cases; estimate the amount of effort required to deliver data integration, building data pipeline and delivery of data to front-end channels such as Salesforce CRM or eCommerce to execute on agreed use cases
  • In addition to data integration requirements, you will also be responsible for gathering requirements by liaising with internal and external agencies to estimate effort required and create solutions to configure Salesforce CRM and Salesforce Service Sloud
  • You will be structuring these business requirements into high-level workstreams, and work together on a daily basis with CX&D Data Engineers, Data Architects, Global Head of Data Architecture, Global Director of Data Science & Analytics, external consultants as well as coordinating the execution of these workstreams with the requisite stakeholders with our markets and primarily in their marketing and IT teams
  • You will be a key player – coordinating both global and local teams – in rolling out next-gen technology platforms as part of a large multinational retailer’s digital transformation.

Required qualifications/level of education

  • Preferably MBA with a bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Science
  • Preferably a strategy consulting background with ability to structure projects, identify key questions and business needs and assess what needs to be done to deliver on those needs

Key skills, knowledge, and experience

  • Good basic understating on data integration /engineering and data science
  • A minimum of 3 years of work experience in business side of data (focusing on use cases and business needs)
  • Excellence in critical thinking skills: strategy consulting experiences a significant plus
  • Hands-on experience in CRM marketing automation tools, CDP, Service, or data science platforms a plus
  • Strong structure / organizational skills and the ability to thrive in uncertainty
  • Mastery of Microsoft Excel & Powerpoint
  • Mastery of English, business level Spanish a plus
