As our Business Analyst, you will be responsible for bridging the gap between IT and the business using data analytics to assess customer-centric marketing processes, determine requirements and deliver data-driven recommendations and reports to the management and stakeholders.

You understand urgency and are not afraid to commit to challenging timelines. You can deal with an amount of uncertainty, understand the complexity of data and are able to challenge users at several levels.

About the team you will be joining:
A tech-native, largely remote, highly independent, senior team of data professionals, responsible for managing the entire customer data value chain for nearly a hundred million retail consumers across over two dozen companies and growing: from data capture to analysis, dataviz to data science, marketing automation and personalization to customer service, clienteling software development to data privacy compliance and GDPR. Keeping pace with the speed of its expanding scope, the team has grown from 5 people to 70+ over the past 3 years – a testament to its central role in the digital transformation of a truly global retail leader – and to the quality of its people and the results they deliver.
Our workplace is hybrid; we offer the flexibility to continue working 2 days at home and 3 days at the office with a working from home bundle incl. chair and screen etc. provided to support this.
