Sightful is op zoek naar een gemotiveerde en creatieve professional om content – blogs, newsletters, social media posts, emails, videos, etc. – te ontwikkelen, verspreiden en optimaliseren voor huidige en potentiele klanten. Je hebt een diep begrip voor de customer journey en bedenkt nieuwe ideeen om onze doelgroep te bereiken. Je werkt nauw samen met het marketing team, door het optimaliseren van de uitvoering van de huidige campagnes.

Daarnaast, hou je het Sightful brand bij op alle kanalen waar we actief zijn. Sightful is snel aan het groeien, daarom is het essentieel dat het merk goed gecommuniceerd wordt via al onze kanalen en campagnes. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor alle Sightful content, onsite en offsite.

Responsibilities:

Je zal behoren tot een klein, flexibel team, allemaal bezig met een snel-groeiend bedrijf. Je bent gezamelijk verantwoordelijk voor het opzetten van het bedrijf voor succes door:

  • Verantwoordelijk voor dagelijks/wekelijks optimaliseren & bijhouden van campagnes en content.
  • Ondersteunen van Digital Marketing Manager in het maken van marketing plannen, ontwikkelen van strategieen en vertalingen van de strategie naar concrete plannen.
  • Nauw samenwerken met het marketing team om nieuwe ideëen te bedenken en nieuwe campagnes op te zetten om onze toekomstige klanten te bereiken.
  • Verhogen en verbeteren van de Sightful aanwezigheid op content-heavy kanalen (zoals Social).
  • Samenwerken met externe partijen om content & campagnes te optimaliseren.
  • Beheren van het juiste gebruik van Sightful branding & content, zowel intern als extern.
  • Uitvoering van Joint Business Plans met externe leveranciers.
  • Breng nieuwe ideëen en plannen uit voor Sightful merchandising.

Key skills, knowledge and experience

  • WO (master) in een marketing gerelateerd veld.
  • 2-3 jaar relevante ervaring.
  • Kennis en ervaring met brand & content management.
  • Ervaring in het opzetten en begeleiden van Influencer campagnes.
  • Ontwikkeld in Photoshop en andere Adobe image processing tools.
  • Diep begrip van adverteren op: Facebook, Instagram, YouTube.
  • Research and data analysis voor het uitvoeren van nieuwe en bestaande campagnes.
  • Diep begrip van de customer journey in e-commerce.
  • Goede kennis van engels (geschreven & gesproken).
  • Pro-actief and sterke team player, niet bang voor een uitdaging.
  • Hoog energielevel en ambitie.
  • Zeer goed aanpasbaar aan nieuwe omgeving met natuurlijke eigenschap om te leren en ontwikkelen door ervaring.

  • Contract: In line with common market practice a 1-year (/ fixed-term) contract may initially be offered with a view to extend.
  • Workplace type: hybrid. We offer the option to continue working 2 days at home and 3 days at the office with a working from home bundle incl. chair and screen etc. provided to support this.
  • Salary: we pay competitive salaries in line with the international retail sector. We are looking forward to discussing your salary expectations during the interview.
