Your Profile

Preferably you have worked for a digital marketing agency as an advertising specialist for several years. You have helped numerous clients in various industries scale their online business. Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising, Google Analytics, and similar platforms have no secrets for you. You have an entrepreneurial mindset, follow the latest trends in online advertising and are highly interested in ecommerce.

Responsibilities

We are looking for a proactive and creative professional who will take our performance marketing efforts to the next level. You can work well with data and find creative opportunities to support Sightful’s expansion. You challenge the status-quo and will develop your own position over the coming month.

• Responsible for creating and optimizing paid & non-paid advertising campaigns. You relentlessly look for ways to increase advertising efficiency across multiple channels.
• Coordinate daily advertising activities with the team.
• Work closely together with external partners, you are actively involved in partnership management.
• Monitor competitive landscape to identify best practices and continuously apply to advertising strategy.

Key skills, knowledge and experience

• Marketing, business administration, communication related university degree
• A minimum of three years professional experience in Search Engine Advertising (Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising, Affiliate advertising networks and Facebook advertising). Agency experience is a plus.
• Relevant e-commerce experience is required. Preferably you have worked for a digital marketing agency as an advertising specialist for several years. You have helped several clients in various industries scale their online business.
• Experience in partnership management is required. You know how to actively acquire new partnerships and maintain them.
• A deep understanding of the Google Suite, (Google Analytics, Google Data Studio, Google Tag Manager, Google BigQuery), Facebook advertising network and experience in affiliate marketing and display advertising.
• Experience and interest in SEO related topics.
• Strong communication skills are vital, as the position will place you at the heart of the business, you will be interacting with a range of stakeholders.
• You have a positive mindset with an exceptional passion for winning combined with a strong interest & enthusiasm for digital and ecommerce.
• Ability to present complex ideas in a simple way to a senior audience.
