As a Digital Content Coordinator, you will support the Digital Operations Manager by delivering digital content for our commercial platform. You will work together with different agencies, designers, suppliers, and operating countries to deliver digital content. In product content, you also coordinate with our Packshot team in France to ensure the assets are brought live to our public on time. You will also be responsible for translating the text in digital content to multiple languages and for ensuring translation quality across sites.

In this position, your superpower will be planning and making sure you see through problems with the aim of delivering results on schedule and communicate your progress with different stakeholders to ensure the deadlines are met.

Responsibilities

Digital product asset production process:

  • Manage and own asset production process and take responsibility of deadlines, budget and quality.
  • Jointly drive business growth, cutting-edge customer experience with best of field the digital assets for our customers.
  • Provide status updates of production to multiple stakeholders and flag potential risks and create mitigation plans.
  • Work together with digital sales and digital marketing teams to create best in the field digital assets to be used across different digital touchpoints.
  • Identify improvement areas of the digital assets process and implement changes to optimize production.

Translation management:

  • Be responsible for ensuring translation, from English to multiple languages, of all content across GrandVision digital operations, globally.
  • Ensure quality control and accuracy of GrandVision translations across our properties and platforms.
  • Implement and manage translation automation where possible, develop and ensure translation quality standards, and adherence to the corporate lexicon.
  • Manage intake of all foreign language translation requests from across the organization, overseeing all aspects from initial contact with internal clients to quality control and delivery of final translation.
  • Identify, onboard and manage external translation service vendor(s) to supplement translation needs and volume.
  • Assess organizational translation needs and build an appropriate ecosystem of external suppliers, software and automation to provide quality translations in the most cost-effective manner.
  • Develop an internal Service Level Agreement for translation services and ensure delivery in accordance with SLA with the appropriate metrics and measures.

Key skills, knowledge and experience

  • Preferably bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing or Management.
  • Minimum 2 years’ project management experience.
  • Experience in managing projects with multiple stakeholders.
  • Familiarity working with project management tools such as Asana, Jira or other.
  • Knowledge of quality assurance process and tools is a plus.
  • Strong communication skills in English both written and verbal.
  • Super organized and good stakeholder management.
  • Start-up mentality; entrepreneurial mindset and can-do attitude.
  • Don’t show the problem – come up with solution options with relative pros and cons – and aid fast and informed decision making.
  • Able to effectively manage stakeholders through proactive communication and prioritizing deliverables.
  • We are looking for someone who is first and foremost an excellent problem solver and coordinator.
