We are looking for a Digital Marketing Manager with an exceptional passion for winning combined with a strong interest & enthusiasm for digital and ecommerce, who will get the opportunity to coordinate the launch of 6 of our indie brands across 23 countries in Europe and South America. Working closely with the local operating countries on a digital marketing strategy for brands such as Hawkers, Prive Revoux, Quay Australia, Komono, Bolon and Karun, identifying influencers to help drive the campaign.

Your role will place at the heart of the business and interacting with a range of stakeholders and will combine both strategic and operational elements.

Responsibilities

  • Create global branding campaign playbook from digital strategy, branded online user journey, paid media guideline, assets toolkit (e.g. onsite banner, landing page, newsletter, ads content) to implementation support for local OpCo’s and CX&D teams
  • Develop comprehensive annual online marketing assets encompassing all eyewear & ophthalmic categories globally (x-categories: IB, EB, NEB, CL, KCM)
  • Develop global social media strategy (owned social | channel mix | contents calendar toolkit) and create actionable implementation plan for the markets
  • Create influencer marketing strategy and manage the campaign related paid influencers selection, contract negotiation to relationship mgmt, brand and OpCo’s approval flow
  • Create global branded CRM strategy and support the OpCo in excellent execution.
  • Centralized all Eyewear BU digital requests to maximise the business impact
  • Continuously enhance social/digital projects by identifying and collaborate with partners, delivering new technology and first to market ideas
  • Successfully maintain relationships with third party agencies, suppliers, countries, and other departments
  • Monitor competitive landscape to identify best practices and continuously apply to execution
  • Create reporting dashboards to provide regular updates and annual summaries/top line takeaways; implement new ideas based on analytics
  • Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assess against goals (KPIs/ ROI).

Key skills, knowledge and experience

  • Marketing, digital & creative or business administration, communication related university degree, or relevant work experience.
  • 3+ years’ experience preferably digital roles within HQ, preferably in eyewear, beauty, luxury goods or fashion industry.
  • Demonstrates an exceptionally high-level understanding of digital and ecommerce, led from data.
  • Ability to present complex ideas in simple ways to large, senior audiences.
  • Confidence to be the expert in digital marketing.
  • Strong knowledge of the digital landscape including commerce, performance marketing, social media and influencer marketing.
  • Proven experience building successful customer partnerships and collaborative plans.
  • Strong communication and influencer skills are vital, as the position will place you at the heart of the business and interacting with a range of stakeholders.
  • You will have a positive mindset with an exceptional passion for winning combined with a strong interest & enthusiasm for digital and ecommerce; must seek and deliver fresh opportunities whilst demonstrating an ability to deliver as part of a team.
  • Excellent English communication, verbal and written skills.
