Leading a team of 12 in the LATAM Regional Digital and CRM team. Additional 20 people reporting via Dotted Line, throughout the region.
Main purpose of the role
Build the Omnichannel vision and plan for LATAM (10 companies operating in 7 countries). Mapping strategy to different parts of the customer journey (pre-sales, conversion, post-sales). Envision the organization behind digital objectives and opportunities. Build the teams’ capabilities and provide the tools to facilitate the delivery of omnichannel objectives.
Required qualifications/level of education
Post-Graduate with relevant qualifications ideally in Business, Marketing or Digital
Fluent Spanish and English essential. Portuguese beneficial
10+ years of Digital & CRM experience
5+ years of consumer retail experience. Ideally in on and offline environment
Experience with developing and implementing Omnicommerce marketing strategies within retail
Experience leading large teams across geographies
