eCommerce Performance Marketeer Sun will be responsible to oversee implementation and planning of online marketing activities across established and emerging channels such as SEM, paid social media, retargeting, display advertising and other channels as needed.

Main purpose of the role
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
We’re looking for a data-driven online marketer to strategically manage our online performance marketing channels. You will be implementing paid strategies to support growth of Solaris online shops world-wide. A natural collaborator, you partner with internal teams and external agencies to ensure alignment with and achievement of business goals as well as adherence to best practices. A strong project manager, you oversee programs from inception through execution and reporting, ensuring successful delivery against goals.
Manage digital marketing channels and direct mail program from strategy through execution
Create channel KPIs and provide weekly hindsight and reporting
Collaborate with the creative team to launch channel-specific campaigns to drive customer acquisition
Regularly update digital marketing assets and develop landing pages
Obsessively analyse data to understand attribution and channel nuances and optimize for LTV
Find and test new acquisition channels which you will implement strategies for
Lead the development and implementation of paid marketing strategies to support growth
Develop a pipeline for innovation across marketing channels, promotional offers and messaging, using A/B and multivariate tests to test hypotheses
Partner with marketing agencies to develop best practices and campaign implementation and optimization
Oversee data systems related to direct mail and digital marketing to ensure data is accurate and updated regularly
Provide monthly catalogue analysis with concrete takeaways for the creative and merchandising teams to use when developing future catalogues.
Required qualifications/level of education
Solid academic background, ‘smart’ background in eCommerce and online marketing
Core competencies/ Personal attributes
Creative growth hacker who can work independently and proactively to find ways to drive traffic to our online store with the clear direction from leadership
Passion for driving sales, proven ability to achieve strong results working strategically and operationally with strong teamwork
Ambitious team player with drive and willingness to take own initiative and take decisions
Self-paced with prioritization, organization and time management competencies.
Strong independent problem-solving skills, must be oriented toward problem resolution and improvements
Key skills, knowledge and experience
3-5 years of experience in eCommerce online marketing
Experience in managing Adwords and Facebook Business accounts
Experience/interest in affiliate and influencer marketing programmes
High proficiency in English (written/verbal as we operate in an international team)
Solid interest and knowledge of e-commerce and fashion retail
Required international and domestic travel up to 10% of the time
