Due to growth in our Centre of Excellence, we are looking for an experienced SAP Finance Solution Analyst to join our knowlegeble team. For next 3-4 year our team will be actively working on Retail and Finance administration rollout projects across different countries globally. You will get to participate in S/4HANA implementation international projects.

You will get to deliver SAP expertise in the area of Finance and Management accounting leveraging your experience in SAP FICO functionalities, implement and maintain SAP in Financial accounting. You will get to drive solutions in maintenance and areas of development.

Responsibilities

  • Liaise with the business area experts in operating companies and maintain the relationship and educate and empower business area experts with the required knowledge and skills;
  • To provide expert advice on the content of the GrandVision Finance solution and of the impact of any changes to our customers.
  • Identify potential improvements in Finance and Management accounting processes with or within SAP and advise on the possibilities of SAP FICO;
  • To assess the requests for changes or enhancements to the Finance solution raised in the change management process.
  • Perform fit gap analysis, solution design and quality assessments in new deployments of template solutions;
  • Deliver functional specifications during projects and in the change management process;
  • Design and implement solutions for business processes in SAP and deliver functional specifications;
  • Drive and assess quality of delivered solutions by external partners, including the off-shore application support team;
  • To work closely with Finance solution analysts within the immediate team and wider COE team to understand and take into account the impact of changes on other functions including Retail, SCM and other stakeholders;
  • Monitor quality of delivery in the change management process to ensure stable systems.

Key skills, knowledge and experience

  • Business level English, both written and spoken
  • Bachelor’s degree in IT/Financial accounting/management
  • 5+ years’ experience in complex SAP (-Retail) environments with good understanding of SAP FICO functional
  • Experience in Finance department with broad operational process exposure
  • Solid functional knowledge in S/4HANA FICO
  • Strong functional knowledge of financial accounting and management accounting preferably in a retail or wholesale environment
  • Strong analytical skills and problem-solving techniques.
  • Agile practitioner, usage of Jira/ Confluence suite

Contract: Indefinite

Workplace type: hybrid. We offer the option to continue working 2 days at home and 3 days at the office with a working from home bundle incl. chair and screen etc. provided to support this.
