As a Digital Sales Intern, you will join our Customer Experience & Digital team to support the Digital Sales Managers, Side Merchandisers and Insight Specialists with day-to-day tasks, such as, working on the websites of our operating countries, preparing reports for launching campaigns and looking at performance data, participating in cross-functional meetings and being the driver of different projects to ensure these are delivered on time. This internship is the perfect opportunity to grow and take on more challenges as you go, an opportunity that will take you out of your comfort zone.

Responsibilities:

  • Support the Digital Sales and Activation team with day-to-day operations, including but not limited to:
    • Assist, maintain, and optimize digital sales campaigns and Omnichannel operational plans to meet our defined KPIs with support of Digital Sales Managers, Site Merchandisers, and Insight Specialists.
    • Work alongside the Digital Sales team to stay on top of eCommerce and Omnichannel trends, tools, and technologies and identify new opportunities.
    • Assist Site Merchandising overseeing local operations and campaign launches, focusing on results.
    • Support the ongoing localization of our global digital sales strategies.
    • Assist the Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) program in order to support local and global CRO teams identify new research ideas and translate them into successful experiments.
    • Analyze campaign results and create campaign evaluations for the Operating Countries, including insights and recommendations to further improve performance
    • Aid weekly reporting and data gathering
    • Taking an active role in site merchandising tasks assigned to you
    • Update planning documents, such as, campaign calendars and operational plans
    • Support team meetings by taking notes and following up on next steps
    • Assist the team with monitoring and reporting on digital sales results, flagging any concerns or opportunities
    • Help with documenting and gathering of digital sales and site merchandising best practices
    • Aid in training new interns that may join the team
    • Collaborate with the Digital Marketing Intern and Digital Design Intern

  • Take ownership of internship assignment as agreed upon with Head of Digital Sales
    • Identify a relevant topic together that excites you and adds value to the team
    • Schedule regular check-ins, come prepared with updates on progress and next steps
    • Meet agreed deadlines
    • Present final assignment to the full Activation team at the completion of your internship period

Key skills, knowledge and experience

  • Currently studying for Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a similar field
  • Experience with Math/Analytical skills
  • Knowledge of Google Ads, Google Analytics, etc. is a plus
  • Knowledge of eCommerce platforms such as Magento, Salesforce Commerce, Woocommerce, etc. is a plus
  • Experience in Sales and Retail would be a plus
  • Fluent in English
  • Digital Savvy
  • Detail oriented and organized, a go-getter
  • Strong desire to learn and proactive
  • Energetic and positive, a team player
  • Can work independently, and knows when to seek support
  • Has a strong sense of responsibility
  • Passionate about digital and eCommerce
