Supporting the team:

  • To support the daily operation of master data in critical business scenarios, including but not limited in article, vendor, customer, etc.
  • To improve the overall master data quality in daily basis as well adhere to the Service Level Agreement.
  • To transfer the deliverables into daily operational model after system go-live, for both project and maintenance release.
  • To monitor the performance / KPI of any activity in master data relevant system (e.g., GoldenEye, MDG).

Supporting the business:

  • Understand and manage different business areas and related data management needs in a structural way.
  • To work as the communication hub between GMDO team and other HQ functions & Opco users through various engagement approach (e.g., newsletter, regular meeting, training, documentation).
  • Build and maintain good relationship with local business and other functional departments (e.g.: requestors, local data officers, etc.)
  • To manage the request for changes and drive the maintenance release activities after project go-live.


  • To align our targets with the business requirements of other teams and functions and to streamline and develop processes.
  • To be responsible for guiding changes from project mode to operational work and make sure that all relevant factors are considered and brought to the discussion.
  • To be responsible for any continuous improvement initiative relevant to master data, in an end-to-end manner.

Key skills, knowledge and experience

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • Knowledge of SAP.
  • Knowledge of PIM/Stibo.
  • Knowledge of IT service tool.
  • Self-motivated and proactive approach to work.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Organizing and prioritizing skills.
  • Team player and cooperative.
  • Adaptable and flexible.
  • Ability to work under pressure/tolerant of stress and frustration.
  • Ability to remain firm to standards and governance under pressure to short-cut.
  • Openness to continuous learning.
  • Strong communication skills in writing and speaking English, additional languages will be a plus.
