Job Title

Global Quality Assurance Specialist


  • Maintain and enhance the quality management systems, ensuring compliance with legal, GMP and health authority requirements and meeting global company standards.
  • Manage the activity of document control (Create, Read, Update, Approve, Delete) though content and effectiveness.
  • Manage the implementation of QDS and QMS software.
  • Create Training Materials and ensure training on all SOPs
  • Monitor record keeping and retention for the different functions/departments
  • Create, maintain and implement quality SOPs, Forms, Wis.
  • Facilitate and log all quality change controls, communicate changes and requirements to relevant stake holders and manage change control systems.
  • Record, investigate and solve quality/technical related Non-conformities in a timely and satisfactory manner. Root causes to be identified and corrective and preventative actions put in place.
  • Implement the required corrective and preventative actions, conduct the necessary quality investigations, and ensure that matters are solved in a timely manner.
  • Ensure that all product and process/system non-conformances are investigated and corrected.
  • Continuous application of risk management principles.
  • Conduct corporate audits and coordinate internal audits and self-inspections.
  • Support the preparation and hosting of incoming audits/inspections, responses and CAPA closure as needed.
  • Support the conduction of HQ Quality Management Review.
  • Ensure QA dashboard management and KPI achievement follow up.
  • Manage HQ Quality agreements (Inter-companies-Intra-Company,External).

Required qualifications/level of education

  • Master’s Degree in Engineering or Master Degree in compliance.

Key skills, knowledge and experience

  • Experience with medical devices and ISO-13485 and as Lead Auditor
  • In-depth knowledge of ISO 13485- ISO 9001
  • Microsoft Office Intermediate to Advanced
  • Medical Device Regulations
