As a S&OP Planner, you will be involved in a variety of new projects that are focused mainly on the expansion of our Supply Chain, such as, the implementation of S&OP process and our new planning tool and driving continuous improvement in our current processes. You will act as the subject matter expert by leading the training of users and spreading your knowledge and experience across GrandVision’s employees. Your connection with different areas of the business will place you in a strategic position, where you will see how these are interconnected and will enable you to create a comprehensive picture of the implementation process.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and implement large end-to-end Supply Chain projects in cooperation with Operating Companies (OpCos) and Headquarter (HQ) functions.
  • Act as a subject matter expert for Supply Chain processes and ways of working, specifically for Demand Planning, Ordering and Replenishing, Inventory Management and S&OP.
  • Identify and disseminate best practices in order to leverage the business and operational knowledge across HQ and OpCos.
  • Support OpCos with implementing and continuously improving the Global Planning tool and S&OP processes.
  • Define detailed activity roadmap and implementation of Integrating Business Planning (IBP) process.
  • Responsible for recurrent GAP analysis, prioritization and implementation of process and tool optimization.
  • Responsible for fostering collaboration and manage diverse relationships with different stakeholders.
  • Further evolve Global S&OP process based on best practices within and outside of GrandVision.

Key skills, knowledge and experience

  • University level education or Master degree, preferably in Engineering, Supply Chain, Business Administration
  • 6-10 years of work experience, combination of consultancy & operations preferable
  • Experience in leading projects in a multicultural & international environment
  • Extensive knowledge & experience of Supply Chain processes.
  • Project management experience and organisational skills, preferable prince2 certified.
  • APICS certification preferred
  • Competent in Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Data and analytical skills. Being comfortable with gathering and analysing data while understanding how one part of the Supply Chain can affect another.
  • A tenacious team player with ability to work cross functionally.
  • Excellent communication and team building skills
