Global Supply Chain Finance Director

Main purpose of the role

The Global Supply Chain Business Controller is part of the Supply Chain management team and in charge of:

- business partner the Customer Fulfilment Director and his team (Operations and Logistic, Quality and Manufacturing);

- properly report the GVSC P&L;

- ensure Minimum control audit standards are implemented;

- the overall control and monitoring of the Global GrandVision stock position;

- safeguarding the Supply Chain operating model and Intercompany prices;

- lead projects that might be relevant in the area of the Customer Fulfilment or Supply Chain operating model.

This role is including, but not limited to:

· lead the Customer Fulfilment Finance team;

· provide Monthly Global GVSC reporting deck (incl. KPIs for all dept and Global stock reporting and analysis);

· drive Global harmonization for the Supply Chain Finance reporting;

· identify risk and opportunities for the Supply Chain costs, by providing proper business case finance evaluation and being part of the Customer fulfilment management decisions;

· being responsible for the GVSC P&L (budget, actual result and forecasting);

· ensure proper implementation for the finance aspects of projects implemented as part of the Customer Fulfilment change program;

· first point of contact:

a. For the Internal audit team, when it comes to ensure and assess the Minimum Control Standards for the Customer Fulfilment are properly implemented and updated;

b. For the GV Tax Director, when it comes to GVSC transfer prices

c. For the external auditors when it comes to financial reporting audit .

Key performance indicators

· On time, in full delivery of accurate reporting and analysis

· Adherence to GV minimum control standard

Required qualifications/level of education

· Finished relevant degree, CIMA or equivalent working experience

· Clear communication to stakeholders (OpCo’s, Product value chain management, Group Finance)

· Pro-active attitude in anticipating trends, risks and proposing relevant actions / define new different processes

Key skills, knowledge and experience

· Strong knowledge of English (written & spoken)

· SAP (MM module), BI and HFM knowledge are an advantage
