As HR Business Partner, based out of our global HQ, you are responsible for the deployment of key HR processes and policies within the HQ organisation, thereby executing the HR Strategy at the company headquarters as set out by the Head of HR for HQ. These processes include, but are not limited to performance management, development, remuneration & reward, employee engagement, etc. You will also proactively guide the delivery of HR services (i.e., Talent Acquisition, Employee Administration, Payroll) based on a solid understanding of both HR processes and the organisation’s needs.
You will work closely with the Global Head of HR for IT & PVC and the business to understand and address specific business programs and/or issues and supports local organizational capabilities development with HR interventions. You will be a Process owner for specific designated HQ HR process. You will act as a sparring partner for Global Head of HR for IT & PVC and managers on local implications and solutions for managers and/or employees in employee relations procedures. You will work with the Head of HR for HQ to prepare, manage and support local industrial / labor relations activities. You will be the dedicated point of contact for a specific portfolio of departments & people managers. These departments can be characterised as fast changing and complex. You ensure that your client portfolio is implementing HR processes in line with our ISO 13485 certification, in order to be EU MDR complaint.
