Recruiter Intern, Amsterdam Area

GrandVision is currently growing rapidly and we are looking for a smart, dynamic, and fast learner to support the Sr. Recruiter on our open requisitions. Within the People & Culture team we have created an opportunity for an internship (six months). This is the ideal opportunity for someone who wants to work, learn and support an international team. To apply for this internship means you will play an important role in our international team of key user’s driving usage, innovation, future trends and local deployment.

Reports to

Sr. Recruiter

Responsibilities

  • Recruitment activities like posting jobs & invitations online assessment
  • Assisting with the hiring process
  • Reference checks
  • General administrative tasks
  • Assisting with new employee orientation and training

Expectation

  • Well-organized with the ability to work on several projects at the same time
  • Good writing and editing skills a plus
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint helpful
  • Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities
  • Ability to work quickly and accurately with great attention to detail and an eye for consistency
  • Sense of humour
  • Demonstrate a desire to learn about business and human resources

Requirements

  • High level of energy, pro-active and ambition to realise a positive impact
  • Bachelor or Master education
  • Positive, Customer first, figure-it-out and get-it-done attitude
  • Highly adaptable to new environments with a natural ability to embrace learning, change and develop through experience.
  • Interested in tech, data & analytics

Key Skills, knowledge and experience

  • Strong knowledge of English (written & spoken) is a must
  • Digitally savvy
