HR Talent & Mobility Analyst, Schiphol, Amsterdam Area
We are looking for an HR Talent & Mobility Analyst to support our People and Culture Roadmap and to drive business strategy through people for our GrandVision Global HQ. This role contributes to the organization by addressing our core HR and Talent Management critical priorities - such as improving employee services, stimulating a performance culture, developing a strong talent pipeline, boosting new hire engagement and preaching talent management and internal mobility. The HR Talent & Mobility Analyst will interact with peers and senior leadership within and outside of HR and will get a wide variety of experience and exposure across key strategic HR initiatives.
HR Rewards and Operations Manager
What you will do:
Tie the different HR areas of Talent Management, Rewards and Analytics together by providing analytical insights, operational support and a challenging opinion
Analyse/synthesize quantitative and qualitative data into compelling “executive level” presentations
Constantly identify ways to innovate current processes to ensure GrandVision has the HR Operation infrastructure for continued growth
Be responsible for GrandVision’s global mobility policy; from the operational execution to the adaptation and innovation of global mobility within GrandVision
Co-drive further implementation of new and existing HR systems and tools (e.g. HRIS, HR Reporting, Talent)
Serve as back-up for your HR Operations team members. This will involve understanding of personnel admin (contracts, payroll, employee leave and benefits admin) and global rewards topics
Partner with HR and business peers and with external providers to proactively address issues and identify solutions. Influence stakeholders to continuously innovate and strengthen the HR practises.

What you will need:
Bachelor’s Degree and 1+ years’ experience, preferably in Consulting, Human Resources, Talent, and/or Human Capital
Strong analytical skills with ability to ask the right questions
Strong data collection ability with storytelling mindset. The use of visualization to convey the message. This includes but is not limited to Powerpoint
Strong Excel skills with ability to create pivot tables, charts and common Excel formulas
