As a member of this high profile team, you will be responsible for the company’s communication with the markets, contributing to the understanding of the company by building trust and confidence within the analyst and investor communities. Working very closely with the CEO and CFO, this is a great opportunity to be influential within the organization.

Reports to

Director Investor Relations

Responsibilities include but are not limited to

  • Together with the Director Investor Relations, act as the primary point of contact for the investment community (buy side and sell side)
  • Collect and analyze sell side analyst consensus and comment on relevant market developments
  • Interact with investors, over the phone and in person on roadshows and at conferences
  • Together with the Director Investor Relations, conceptualize and implement a strategy to position the company appropriately with all financial stakeholders
  • Together with the Director Investor Relations, plan and execute roadshows as well as investor meetings to establish and maintain contact with existing and potential shareholders
  • Together with the Director Investor Relations, plan and execute GrandVision’s Capital Markets Day
  • Develop and maintain the Company's online Investor Relations strategy and website
  • Monitor industry news, analyst reports, peer group activity, media coverage and public perception and compile regular reports on tone, topic and issues
  • Accompany the Management Board and/or Director Investor Relations on roadshows and to conferences
  • Manage and coordinate the Company's annual and quarterly results announcement processes including drafting and publication of annual report, corporate presentation and press releases
  • Draft press releases, presentations and speaker notes for results announcements
  • Manage and coordinate corporate events including the AGM, analyst briefings and other events for the investment community
  • Contribute to internal reports, including IR Board reports and presentations

Required qualifications/level of education

  • Candidate must have a minimum five years of relevant experience in Investor Relations in publicly listed companies and/or financial research, analysis role within an equity research or institutional investment firm
  • Finished Master degree in Business, Finance or other relevant university degree
  • MBA, CFA or similar qualification are a plus
  • Excellent knowledge of English (written & spoken), Dutch and/or other European languages are an asset

Key skills, knowledge and experience

  • Capital markets experience (Investor Relations, banking, buy- or sell-side)
  • Excellent modelling, analytical and numerical capabilities
  • Excellent presentation skills
  • Ability to interpret numbers and write creatively
  • Good business and financial acumen
