Center of Excellence Frames & Exclusive Brand

The Center of Excellence is part of the Global Center and is composed of 4 pillars, 2 dedicated to our Exclusive Brands Management, The EB products development team with 9 persons, and the EB Brand Content team with 5 persons, the 3rd one is assortment management with 7 persons and the last one is operation to organize all selection days (around 15 weeks per year), to support the transformation of the working processes, and to manages packshots.

The position to fulfil is among the Brand Content team as Junior Brand Content Manager.

Reports to the Brand Content Manager for the Fashion Universe

Main purpose of the role as Junior Brand Content Manager

To assist the Brand Content Manager in the development of the marketing tools and communication campaigns, on and off-line, for the 4 exclusive brands of the Fashion Universe, and to communicate and promote them internally and towards the subsidiaries of the group.

Key responsibilities

  • Help maintain the consistency of each brand territory and platform and its correct expression across all channels
  • Assist in the development, for all brands, of engaging, relevant and consistent brand content for offline and more particularly for online (instore campaign visuals, digital look book, lifestyle & creative packshots, videos, gif, stories, etc.):
    • Competition benchmarking and market research
    • Creation of moodboards to describe visually the brand’s territory and the wished direction for a new campaign in order to brief the partner agencies
    • Development of campaign concept briefs & shooting briefs
    • Support in the pre-production and post-production of brand campaigns:
      • Preparation of the shootings: logistics, products to shoot, budgeting, list of deliverables, etc.
      • Post-production: image selection, retouching, layouts creation, video editing, preparation, naming and uploading of all files on the Media Center
      • Creation of internal presentations to be shared with the countries: Brand Presentations, Launch Packages, Cropping Manuals, Marketing Tool Book, etc.
  • Work very closely with the products development team to help support new products concept launch with a strong story telling.
  • Help develop strong visibility to all stakeholders for the brands, support the local activation in the countries, gather their best practices and track the implementation of the branded contents onto the various platforms of the group (GV website, chains websites).
  • Assist in the development of content for the training to engage the whole Grand Vision sales community.

Required qualifications/level of education

  • Finished relevant degree in fashion, marketing/communication or business management
  • Minimum 6 months of experience as an intern
  • Fluent in English
  • Trips to plan

Key skills and knowledge

  • Creative thinker
  • Good sense of task organization, attentive to detail, thorough
  • Communication skills verbal & written
  • Good knowledge of social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, YouTube)
  • Good knowledge of MS Office programs (powerpoint & excel are the most important) – any additional creative software knowledge is a plus
  • Positive, friendly and can do attitude
  • Motivated, eager to learn!
