People & Culture Intern

Note - This internship is open to students who are enrolled in Dutch Universities and are currently present in the Netherlands.

We are looking for a driven, motivated, and organized intern to join our People & Culture team. You will actively contribute and support the team with our daily operations and projects, supporting professionals across various subfunctions. You will learn a lot within a short period of time, contributing to the work of our business partners, recruiters and operation specialists.


Your main learning areas and tasks will be in the following areas:

  • Supporting decision makers within our People & Culture department to create presentations and other visuals for meetings, management approval and other purposes.
  • Performing data analysis on a variety of business data, gathering, consolidating and reporting information accurately through presentations and slide decks.
  • Learning about the importance of a QMS (Quality Management System) and actively contributing to support our ongoing certification process.
  • Supporting the testing and finalization of new HRIS configurations with various members of the team.
  • Supporting P&C team members (business partners, recruiters, HR operations) with various administrative duties as required (updating documentation and records, filing information, creating structure, etc.)
  • Setting up and organizing team meetings, activities, and various internal monthly events.

Key skills, knowledge and experience

  • You are currently enrolled in a Dutch University and are currently living in the Netherlands.
  • You are currently a Bachelor or master’s student studying HRM, Organizational Psychology, Talent Development, or any other relevant field.
  • You have prior experience working within Human Resource departments.
  • You have a passion for creating nice visuals and you are an expert with PowerPoint and Excel.
  • You are a people person and have great attention to detail.
  • A proactive personality with excellent communication skills in English.
  • You have a very structured approach and a hands-on personality.
  • You are reliable, eager to learn and take initiative.
  • You have relationship building skills and are very receptive to feedback.
  • You can interact effectively with all levels of management within the department regarding matters of a confidential nature.
