Your role in our People & Culture Team

We are looking for a driven, motivated, and organized intern to join our People & Culture team. You will actively contribute and support us within our daily operations and projects, supporting professionals across various subfunctions. You will learn a lot within a short amount of time, contributing to the work of our business partners, recruiters and operation specialists.

Your main learning areas and tasks will be in the following areas:

• Supporting managers and our business partner team with various administrative duties (updating documentation and records, creating visuals and presentations, data analysis, etc.)

• Supporting Recruitment, Reward, Learning & Development teams to optimize, ensure efficiency and productivity within their processes.

• Learning about the importance of a QMS (Quality Management System) and actively contribute to supporting our ongoing certification process.

• Supporting the testing and finalization of new HRIS configurations with various members of the team.

• Supporting the team to update various documents and records.

• Setting up and organizing team meetings, activities, and various internal monthly events.

Your Profile

• You are currently enrolled in a Dutch University and are currently living in the Netherlands.

• You are currently a Bachelor or master’s student studying HRM, Organizational Psychology, Talent Development, or any other relevant field.

• You have prior experience working within Human Resource departments.

• You are a people’s person and have great attention to detail.

• You have excellent written & verbal skills in English.

• You have a very structured approach and a hands-on personality.

• A proactive personality with excellent communication skills in English.

• You are reliable, eager to learn and take initiative.

• You have relationship building skills and are very receptive to feedback.

• You can interact effectively with all levels of management within the department regarding matters of a confidential nature.
