Responsibilities

  • Maintain the Global Non-Exclusive Brands supplier Bonus [Kickback] schedule and discount grid
    • Including analysis of actual kickbacks vs. kickbacks included within transfer price; outside-transfer price kickbacks; coordinating kickback communications with global procurement and OpCo’s; preparing month end accrual calculations related to kickbacks and amounts to be included in forecasts.
    • Support in managing the purchase price database, specifically on discount condition grid to ensure the accuracy of transfer price.
  • Maintain and consolidate the Global Booster Savings program
    • Including consolidation and analysis of periodic actuals, full year forecasts and annual budgets; supporting OpCo’s and global procurement teams to validate savings generated from various initiatives; share updated guidance on new initiatives and calculation methodologies on new or existing initiatives to ensure consistency on a global basis.
  • Evaluating procurement business cases and decision support
    • Including business development projects and supplier proposal
  • Coordinating any other procurement related topics with internal finance stakeholders
    • Including General ledger, Accounts Payable, VAT, Legal and Treasury

Key skills, knowledge and experience

  • University degree in business administration, finance control [or qualified by experience]
  • Willingness to travel (10-15%) to OpCos and suppliers
  • 3 years of relevant experience, with experience in Retail or FMCG a plus.
  • Strong excel skills and comfortable working with large data sets.
  • Strong knowledge of English (written & spoken).
