As a quality assistant, you are jointly responsible for devising, drafting, following up and maintaining the quality management system. You do this on the basis of the applicable regulations and standards in the field of medical devices. You connect and support the various departments and stakeholders within and outside the organization and you advise on continuous improvement of our quality system. Your duties and responsibilities

  • You are jointly responsible for the quality-improvement strategy of the company's medical devices and for drafting, updating and monitoring the various procedures and instructions, according to ISO 13485 and MDR (Medical Device Regulation) regarding the quality management system
  • You jointly manage the quality-specific processes in the company
  • You are responsible for planning and coordinating analyzes and monitoring of the quality management system
  • You follow-up customer complaints related to the quality of the products
  • By participating in health and medical device regulation events, networking will be part of your job to get a clear overview of today's trends
  • You are the direct point of contact between quality management, the various departments and the stores within the organization

To be successful in this role, bring a good dose of numerical knowledge. You combine your service-oriented attitude with strong analytical skills and communication skills. You also have:

  • HBO / WO education
  • Affinity and/ or work experience in the field of quality standards and / or regulations
  • Strong personality and connector

  • Good communication skills verbally and in writing
  • Good command of the English language, both written and oral
  • Independent and proactive
  • Structured and process-oriented
  • Affinity with systems
