Quality Assurance and Regulatory Affairs (QARA) Manager, Bologna

We are looking for a talented individual to work within our Supply Chain Team as a Quality Assurance and Regulatory Affairs (QARA) Manager. You’ll be responsible for implementing and applying quality processes and standards at OpCo level (Operating Companies – subsidiaries), ensuring the local implementation of the GrandVision Global Quality Management System (QMS – including ISO 13485 certification) and driving a culture of quality throughout GrandVision Italy.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Implementing and maintaining the group strategy within global quality and regulations alongside standards and certification adopted by GrandVision
  • Running tactical and operational implementations of QMS, ensuring these are completed within a timely manner
  • Driving compliance with applicable regulations throughout GrandVision Italy, Including ISO 13485 certification
  • Ensuring localization and implementation of quality processes including product design supplier control and recalls, as per regulatory and QMS requirements
  • Coordinating and manage quality and regulatory audits

Job requirements:

To be successful in this role you’ll need to..

  • To be educated to degree level (or equivalent)
  • A minimum of 3 years’ experience within QARA
  • The ability to demonstrate achieving ISO 13485 certificate within a previous role
  • In-depth knowledge of EU 2017/745 or 21 CFR 820
  • To be data driven and the ability to work within fast-paced environment
