Join our small but amazing team of recruitment superheroes responsible for the recruitment across our HQ in Schiphol. We are responsible for the entire recruitment process across all departments including IT, Customer Experience and Digital, Product, Supply Chain and much more. We are true business recruitment partners to line managers as well as creators of a positive candidate experience.
Part of a diverse and international HR team, despite COVID we are still able to create that true team feeling.
What are we looking for? Ideally you have 5-8 years’ experience in recruitment, including the end-to-end process within a corporate company. Knowing your way around IT / tech recruitment is a big plus as this will be a key, but not the only, focus of your role. You are someone who thrives in a changing environment, where there is scope to improve processes whilst offering a wide variety of different positions to recruit for.
