Join our small but amazing team of recruitment superheroes responsible for the recruitment across our HQ in Schiphol. We are responsible for the entire recruitment process across all departments including IT, Customer Experience and Digital, Product, Supply Chain and much more. We are true business recruitment partners to line managers as well as creators of a positive candidate experience.

What are we looking for? Ideally you have 5-8 years’ experience in recruitment, including the end-to-end process within a corporate company. Knowing your way around IT / tech recruitment is a big plus as this will be a key, but not the only, focus of your role. You are someone who thrives in a changing environment, where there is scope to improve processes whilst offering a wide variety of different positions to recruit for.

To recruit professionals for our global HQ who stand out through exceptional functional and leadership competencies, entrepreneurship, and interpersonal skills. Handle the end-to-end recruitment process, including but not limited to:

  • Managing expectations with line managers and proving them with a clear recruitment process for their vacancies from the initial intake until the vacancy is filled.
  • Advertising positions, sourcing candidates on LinkedIn and related portals, bringing them to the shortlist of vacancies.
  • Liaising with agencies, making sure all agreements are in place and engage in long-term strategic partnerships.
  • Tracking candidates through our systems (SAP based) and ensuring a smooth candidate journey and timely communication process.
  • Advising your stakeholders on recruitment and HR related topics.
  • Working with hiring managers throughout the recruitment lifecycle, from approvals and intakes to job postings or pre screenings.
  • Collecting feedback throughout the recruitment process and ensuring steps are appropriately followed.
  • Leverage our internal candidate pools on a global level through an internal recruitment platform, joining an international community of recruiters. Looking for new trends in recruitment and how they could be implemented within GrandVision.
  • Working closely with HR Business partners on various steps of the recruitment process to ensure alignment.
  • Participating in external employer branding activities, i.e. with universities.

Required qualifications/level of education

  • Bachelor / Master’s degree in business administration or similar field of study

Key skills, knowledge and experience

  • Professional experience in corporate recruitment with multinational organizations, preferably in a retail environment
  • Preferably: exposure to IT / digital marketing recruitment, proven track record of successfully supporting digital transformation
  • Interest in digital transformation and recruitment technology, can work well with systems
  • Knowledge of recruitment budgets, approval processes
  • Interviewing and assessment techniques
  • Candidate sourcing / existing network of international candidates
  • Good knowledge of recruitment technology and systems

  • Fluent in English (written & spoken) and strong communication skills with all levels
  • Good in building relationships and a collaborative mindset; connecting people to results
  • Self-starting and pragmatic attitude: not afraid to take initiative and bring about more efficiency

  • Flexible towards changing customers’ needs and ability to reprioritize in a changing, fast-paced environment
