We are offering this great opportunity to work on exciting challenges as part of an experienced recruitment team. You will contribute to a big variety of projects and assignments, learning the full cycle recruitment process, and gain actual working experience in an international corporate environment.

The regular tasks of the recruitment intern include updating our recruitment system with new requisitions, ensuring that job specifications are properly written and formatted, screening of candidate profiles and coordination of various recruitment activities, i.e. interviews.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities of the recruitment intern include, but are not limited to:

  • Screening of incoming applications for various positions across the business and creating a selection of candidates to be assessed further / interviewed;
  • Taking an active role in the recruitment of other interns / junior positions, supporting other recruitment team members with various steps of the process;
  • Coordinating phone / personal interviews between managers and candidates;
  • Updating new recruitment assignments into various systems and databases, ensuring that new requisitions are directly processed and visible to relevant HR team members;
  • Reviewing, updating and formatting job profiles following our internal standards, and uploading job specifications into our recruitment system for job advertisements;
  • Publishing job advertisements on internal and external job boards and social media;
  • Organizing relevant forms and documents to be complete and correspond to company standards;
  • Supporting employee onboarding processes and arrangements.

Key skills, knowledge and experience

  • Study subject focused on HRM or similar field
  • Fast learner with a real interest in recruitment
  • Fluent in spoken & written English
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Basic understanding of the full recruiting cycle
  • Experience with MS Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Affinity with systems and technology
  • Good organizing skills and attention to detail
  • Strong interpersonal skills
