As our Sales Transformation project manager, you will be instrumental in successfully drive the execution of GrandVision global sales transformation initiatives across markets and various projects, ensuring alignment to global blueprints & objectives, while playing the role of the Sales BPO.

In this newly created, international role, you will have a direct line to GrandVision Senior Management and be involved not only in the conceptual side of the projects but also the implementation. In this fast paced, environment, there is no regular day to day with things changing rapidly whilst offering the flexibility to drive your own activities, allowing you to find your own scope and added value.

This will be an amazing opportunity for someone with Project Management or PMO experience in the areas of distribution (such as eyewear, cosmetics, fashion or clothing) who can independently drive management decisions ahead whilst forging strong relationships with people in our HQ and 45 retail banners. .

Responsibilities

  • Acting as Business process owner (BPO) to maintain and drive all Sales BR in his domain scope
  • Supporting project sponsor(s) to clearly communicate, plan & drive a strategic change agenda
  • Leading, coordinating, and managing the execution of projects with authority and responsibility with support of sponsor(s), driving collaborative steering committees
  • Working together with functional teams as well as GrandVision change network to implement the changes and communicate across the organization

Key skills, knowledge and experience

  • Business level English, both written and spoken
  • 3-5 years’ experience in specialized distribution (Eyewear, cosmetics, fashion, clothing) or 2-3 years in Management / Strategy consulting
  • Proven experience in project management
  • Master’s degree in relevant subject, preferred
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills to drive management decisions.
  • Strong problem-solving ability, critical thinking, and fast learning skills, as well as analytical mindset and strong organizational skills
  • Highly agile, with a natural ability to embrace learning and develop through experience. High level of energy and ambition to realise a positive impact.
  • A combination of skills including an ability to ask penetrating questions, detect unstated assumptions and resolve conflicts, as well as more general management skills.
  • Positive, customer first, can do attitude.
