GrandVision launched a Global SAP program in 2014. The program delivered a future proof and global SAP platform which is scalable and capable of housing new global capabilities to master the growing complexity of our supply chain and to leverage global scale for local benefit. The SAP solution is now live in the UK, Ireland, Netherlands, Belgium, Germany, Austria and Chile.
GrandVision Group IT runs a global SAP Center of Excellence (CoE) based in Schiphol (the Netherlands). This center supports further roll outs, operations and improvements in the SAP application landscape of Grandvision and manages the change management process. The application support is outsourced to a partner.
The lead consultant is a leader of a team, acting as a product owner taking full accountability of the quality and stability of supported solutions. The lead consultant is also accountable for the application strategy in his/ her area. He/she also has a pivotal role in maintaining relations with business experts in countries running SAP and with 3rd party vendors. The lead consultant participates in projects like country roll-in’s as well as driving opportunities for improvements. In his/her area, the lead consultant is the ‘go-to’ person for the business to find solutions for their needs.
Skills & Requirements
At least five years of SAP FiCo consultancy experience in complex SAP(-Retail) implementations, experience with intercompany flows of goods is an advantage;
Solid integration knowledge with other SAP ECC modules;
Strong functional knowledge one or more functional area’s in Finance like VAT or banking;
Proven capability to manage complex problems
Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal. Knowledge of other languages like Spanish, French or German is an advantage;
Experienced in working within an international environment with large SI with on-shore and off shore delivery;
Willing to travel internationally (app 30%)
