As Global Paid Search Specialist you will get the freedom for innovations to help drive our Paid Social channel to be more successful. Our team is a tapestry of different nationalities and backgrounds, sharing a combined passion for our brand and our banners, working collaboratively with our Operating Countries on our Facebook and Instagram campaigns.

This role is best suited for someone who can combine an analytical mind with the ability to build those all important relationships with our Opcos and other stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the Paid Social campaigns across multiple brands, markets, and languages are consistently met
  • Assist Global Paid Social Lead and Head of Performance Marketing in development of monthly and annual plans, making budget and target recommendations based on historical Paid Social performance to drive growth within your channel
  • Excellent stakeholder management; proactively sharing updates and insights with our partners in each country, sending weekly reports, and effective project management
  • Responsible for optimising the campaign results day-by-day through spotting audience refinements, creative optimisations, bid and conversion event optimisations, and other important account metrics to deliver the best performance
  • Ensuring quality assurance across all campaigns: Before going live and during the lifetime of campaigns (mange disapproved ads, product-feed issues, flag any tracking problems etc)
  • In charge of controlling and optimising the Paid Social budget of the active campaigns (controlling under/over-spends, maximising results by meeting ROAS and CPA criteria)
  • Coordinate daily with internal stakeholders, to ensure the timely delivery of campaign strategy, creative. and ad copy and ensure a smooth campaign set-up process
  • Support the Global Paid Media team and local marketing teams in the strategic development of campaign approaches for big retail moments

Key skills, knowledge and experience

  • Business level English, both written and spoken
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Paid Social campaign management & management of multi-million-euro annual budget for campaigns.
  • Deep knowledge of Paid Social tooling: Facebook business manager (other platforms are a plus)
  • Experience with feed management tools (e.g. Channable, ChannelAdvisor, etc)
  • Strong data analytical skills, experience to utilize data in planning and decision making
  • Able to manage effectively manage stakeholders through proactive communication and prioritizing deliverables

Benefits/Terms

Contract: In line with common market practice a 1-year (/ fixed-term) contract will initially be offered with a view to extend.

Workplace type: hybrid. We offer the option to continue working 2 days at home and 3 days at the office with a working from home bundle incl. chair and screen etc. provided to support this.

Salary: We pay competitive salaries in line with the international retail sector. We are looking forward to discussing your salary expectations during the interview.
