Reports to

Global Supply Chain Finance Director

Main purpose of the role

This role of Supply Chain Finance Project Manager is including but not limited to:

  • Leads specific Finance supply chain projects
  • Leads or is involved in various supply chain projects
  • Leads or is involved in system and process improvement in the area of Supply Chain and Finance Supply Chain (including providing documentation)
  • Representing Finance Supply Chain in IT changes control meetings
  • Leads and executes tests in test environment before changes are implemented

Key performance indicators

  • On time, in full delivery of projects

    Required qualifications/level of education

  • Finished relevant degree, CIMA or equivalent a benefit

  • Ability to work with multiple functional areas and stakeholders
  • Ability to learn and to adapt to new business environment quickly
  • Ability to train people on new processes
  • Hands-on and problem-solving mentality
  • Highly adaptable to new environments; with a natural ability to embrace learning and develop through experience

  • Good communication skills

    Key skills, knowledge and experience

  • Strong knowledge of English (written & spoken)
  • Project management skills in an international environment
  • Experienced in management accounting, reporting and controlling in a global setting
  • Strong knowledge in supply chain management
  • Strong knowledge of SAP finance/ controlling/ accounting (BI system knowledge: nice to have)
  • Experience in intercompany Transfer prices
  • Willing to travel and to work sometimes beyond normal hours (go -live)
  • Strong analytical skills
  • 5-year experience in an international environment
