Note – This 6-month internship position has a start date in June 2022 or later and is only open to students who are currently enrolled in a Dutch University and are present in the Netherlands.

We are looking for a Supply Planning Specialist Intern to join our Global Supply & Logistics Team! You will actively interact and manage the suppliers for the Non-Exclusive Brands branch and contribute to the improvement of the Supply Chain department. If you are interested in a career in Supply Chain and want to gain practical experience in the area, this internship will provide you with real experience and knowledge in the field!

What you will do as an Intern:

  • Manage supplier management process.
  • Build relationship and establish daily/weekly communication with the supplier and report relevant findings.
  • Provide input and influence where needed to deliver the products according to the agreed timeframe.
  • Create/use required reports for smooth daily operation and secure accurate visibility of purchase orders.
  • Manage supplier delivery performance, ensuring the correct service level is being delivered in a timely manner.
  • Report supplier performance based on KPIs.
  • Promote monthly business reviews with supplier based on reported KPI’s.
  • Act as the Subject Matter Expert for supply chain processes and ways of working, specifically for supplier management and planning.

Your profile:

  • Study subject focused on Business, Supply Chain or other relevant fields.
  • Experienced with MS Office applications, specifically PowerPoint, Excel, SharePoint, Office365 & Power BI.
  • Fluent in spoken & written English.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Logical, rational, and no-nonsense realist.
  • Affinity with manufacturing and retail.
  • Strong analytical capabilities.
  • Good organizing skills and attention to detail.
