Talent Acquisition Intern

Note – 6-months internship with start date in October 2022. Only open to students who are currently enrolled in a Dutch University and are present in the Netherlands.

We are looking for an enthusiastic Talent Acquisition Intern to join our Recruitment team at the vibrant headquarters of GrandVision in Schiphol. As a team, we are responsible to connect the best talent to amazing opportunities within our international organization. You will have the opportunity to be part of the full cycle recruiting process, contribute in interesting projects and gain valuable working experience in an international environment.

What you’ll do as a Recruitment Intern:

  • Managing the full cycle recruitment process for internships and junior roles.
  • Publishing job ads on internal and external job boards and social media.
  • Identifying talent and screening applications for various positions across the business.
  • Ensuring a smooth candidate journey, scheduling interviews between managers and candidates and interact as a linking pin.
  • Updating our recruiting tool regarding job requisitions, job specifications and candidates.
  • Reviewing and updating job profiles following our internal standards,
  • Ensuring a smooth employee onboarding process.

 Key skills, knowledge and experience

  • Study subject focused on HRM or similar field.
  • Basic understanding of full cycle recruiting, recruiting experience is a plus.
  • Experience with MS Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Affinity with systems and technology and an interest in understanding the digital perspective of HR & recruitment.
  • Good organizing skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills.
  • Fast learner with a real interest in recruitment.
  • Currently enrolled in a Dutch university and living in NL.
  • Fluent in spoken & written English.
