Note – This 6-month internship position has a start date in May 2022 or later and is only open to students who are currently enrolled in a Dutch University and are present in the Netherlands.

We are looking for a Talent Management intern to join our Global Talent Team! You will work on exciting challenges and contribute to a big variety of projects and assignments in an international business environment.

Our global store network are the go-to locations for all the top brands in the eyewear industry, including Ray-Ban, Oakley, Esprit, Carrera, but also popular for our comprehensive selection of exclusive and indie brands.

As part of the global talent team, you will support global projects the team is working on, specifically in the areas of talent reviews, data gathering, senior management / internal recruitment as well as onboarding.

If you are interested in a career in HR and want to gain practical experience in the area of talent acquisition and development, this internship will provide you with real experience and knowledge in the field!

What you will do as a Talent Management Intern:

  • Support the effective implementation of our annual Talent Review cycle for all global employees in scope by gathering required data and creating presentations for management.
  • Gather and compile talent data and create visual overviews using our digital platforms (i.e. Microsoft SharePoint, PowerPoint).
  • Actively support senior management / internal recruitment processes by compiling recruitment requests, consolidating them for approval purposes and informing stakeholders of approval decisions.
  • Work with our internal communications team on an improved presentation of our People & Culture team via our intranet, updating content and visuals as needed.
  • Support communication around talent projects and initiatives by drafting communication materials and visuals.
  • Organize relevant forms and documents to be complete and following company standards.

Your profile:

  • Study subject focused on Human Resource Management, Psychology, International Business, or similar field
  • Preferably, prior (internship) experience working with an international Human Resources department
  • Experienced with MS Office applications, specifically PowerPoint, Excel, SharePoint, Office365
  • Basic understanding of recruitment / talent management processes
  • Digital savvy: Affinity with systems and technology
  • Fluent in spoken & written English
  • Good organizing skills and attention to detail
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Fast learner with a real interest in talent acquisition and development
